1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ongcuci ("Platform", "we"). By accessing the ongcuci website, registering an account, or using any services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ongcuci platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

To use the ongcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• One account per individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and throughout use of the platform must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Account Registration

When registering an ongcuci account, users are required to provide accurate personal information including full name, valid identity card number (MyKad) or passport, mobile phone number, and an active email address. All this information will be stored and processed in accordance with the ongcuci Privacy Policy.

ongcuci reserves the right at any time to request users to submit additional identity verification documents to meet relevant verification requirements. Failure to comply with such verification requests may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account. The account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the ongcuci support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ongcuci provides a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for each withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the same user's name. ongcuci does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users. Any attempt to transfer funds using a third-party account may result in the transaction being held and further investigation.

ongcuci reserves the right to hold withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of terms until the investigation is complete. In situations where a breach is confirmed, the related funds may be forfeited in full.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ongcuci offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion. These terms must be read and fully understood before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. Below is how the wagering requirements are calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering required: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any withdrawal from bonus winnings is permitted. Wagering calculations will only take into account valid bets placed in accordance with platform rules.

6. Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed after acceptance by the system.

ongcuci reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of being placed using insider information, unlicensed automated software, or any means deemed unfair.

7. User Responsibilities

ongcuci users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any activity that is illegal or that infringes the rights of third parties. Specifically prohibited activities include:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting results.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Transferring funds or winnings obtained through illegal activity through the ongcuci platform.

8. Account Restrictions and Termination

If the breach is confirmed, balances linked to the violating activity may be forfeited. Balances that are clear of any breach will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

ongcuci and its management members will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users in connection with the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activities.

The ongcuci platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous and smooth service, ongcuci makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. We will work to address any technical issues within a reasonable timeframe.

In any circumstance, ongcuci's total liability to a user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being made.

10. Amendment of Terms
